21 NovTrane Distribution Center to be Built in Spotsylvania

A 20,000-square-foot distribution center will be built for Trane in Spotsylvania County’s Lansdowne Business Park.

Trane will distribute air conditioning equipment from the facility at 11205 New Albany Drive. Three local real estate investors and businessmen — Michael Colangelo, Tim Welsh and Philip Atkins — will own the building and lease it to Trane.
