A McLean-based real estate investor on Wednesday purchased a multi-tenant retail building adjacent to the Lowe’s store in Spotsylvania County’s Southpoint II shopping center. Mohtasham Mobarakeh, through an LLC, paid $2.45 million for a 13,500-square-foot building that is 100 percent leased to tenants including Bark ‘N Bubbles, Mystic Ice Gelato and Hair Cuttery.
