2007's CCHOAA WINNER

2007's winner was William "Bill" Humphrey of New Port Richey, a leader of the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program which completes tax returns for low income seniors, and spearheaded the Prosperity Campaign, a financial literacy effort.
     Bill also serves on the Pasco County United Way Board, as well as, numerous other community activities.
