MacGyver Group Teams with Central Virginia Television

Central Virginia Television is a new Public Access Television station in the Spotsylvania, Stafford, City of Fredericksburg region. Beginning July 21, 2014, CVTV will air 24 hours each day on Comcast, Cox, and FiOS “PEG” Channels (the ones with the “PUB” on their text name- channels vary per network and location.) Direct TV/DISH will go online in a few months according to their representatives.

MacGyver Group, LLC has pledged its support, sponsorship, and staff commitment to helping with real estate needs including buildout design and project management, lease negotiations, and site selection. Additional assistance will be provided for print and studio graphics, marketing, voiceover work, creative designs for logos and multimedia needs, as well as, hosting several programs to air at a later date.

MacGyver Group’s President, Eric Martin said, “This is a great opportunity to help a non-profit business get off the ground and get into the air, and MacGyver’s team is jumping aboard and cranking the results up full throttle!  CVTV will provide such a value to the community in so many ways. Dozens of shows are already being filmed now including those about cars, homes, comedy, healthcare, political, and a bunch of great children’s programs to name a few. I’m very excited to see how fast and how far CVTV will grow. The response is amazing so far just by word of mouth and a sparse marketing budget. Their popularity will compound itself within a few months as word spreads that there is a new channel in town that is dedicated solely to positive, family friendly programming. Already, the limited social media outreach has doubled in followers every few days!”
